She could usually be found sitting alone somewhere, staring off into the distance. It was as if her expression was one that always gave off the impression that she was slightly annoyed at something. Perhaps she just preferred being alone; she seemed to hate being disturbed by others.
When she first appeared in the mainland, no one knew of the intense power that she possessed. She saw others’ ignorance as disrespect, as if she believed that the world should have known to bow when approaching her, or, at the very least, to address her politely. She overwhelmed the world with her unmatched strength in an attempt to make everyone understand that no one could stand against her. Most people accepted this fact quickly. She was left alone in general, and most people humbly apologized if they disturbed her in the slightest.
People said a lot of things about her. There were people who called her a selfish jerk for abusing her power to get what she wanted, and there were people who argued against that, saying if she was really that selfish, she would have taken over the world by now. There were people who swore she could read minds, or else she was just excellent at guessing when people were lying. There were people who worshipped her as a goddess, and people who muttered (quietly, so she wouldn't happen to overhear them,) that she wasn't all that.
There were even people who thought that she was pretty, but of course, none of them ever mentioned that to her directly.
It was hard to find someone who wasn’t at least a little curious about her. Where did she come from? What was her true strength? What did she want? Who was she, really? No one knew, and she didn’t seem inclined to tell anyone the answers.
