Recently Played Games

These would have been recent if I had actually wrote this a while ago.  Back at the end of the semester, I started playing a lot of online games.  I saw a video of someone playing Pixel Purge and got motivated to try and beat their high score.  I also went for the highest level I could get and got 40-something... it was enough to get max level in all but one category.  Then I played some word games.  I haven't played Word Bubbles in a while but I've played Scramble pretty recently.

I still play Mario Kart Wii, but not that much anymore.  A new challenge I tried was getting the highest score in team vs mode against the CPUs on Hard.

I got this doing 4 different courses.  Maybe the computers cheat
to stop you from getting higher than this, cause I tied this score a few times.

I played the old Super Monkey Ball a little and unlocked Master.  I used to think you had to beat Expert without losing a life to get Expert Extra and then beat that to get Master, but then I found out you only had to not continue.  As soon as I realized that I started losing lives on easy levels, until I had no lives, and then I played really well, until I got an extra life, which I quickly lost.  Somehow I unlocked Master like that.  I also found some shortcuts in race mode.
I played In The Groove and finally got that 100%+ overall grade rating (but I used a controller for some of the harder songs).  The game has like 3 extra songs or something which is why it's possible to get 100%+ without actually getting perfect on all the songs.
A recent post made me get into Ikaruga again.  I had a bunch of old high scores from January 2008 that seemed so good.  After a couple days I got better, and ended up getting a run which was the high score for levels 2, 3, and 5 (out of 5), 4th for level 4, and 1st for total score.  It was a jump from a previous high score of 210xxxxx to 23731380.

And then I had been playing a lot of Super Street Fighter 4, but for some reason I suddenly didn't feel like playing it any more, and I got into Blazblue, so I've been playing that a lot recently.
